Media Inquiry

Members of the press are welcome to contact us regarding Robins Foundation or any initiatives supported by the Foundation.

For media inquiries please fill out the form below or call Frances Burruss at (804) 625-3457. In order to help expedite your inquiry, please make sure to provide the following: Your full name, media organization you represent, phone number and email address.

Grant Announcements and Publicity

Grantees will not issue any press release or other public announcement or disclosure (other than in its annual reports or tax returns) concerning the grant by Robins without the prior review and written approval of Robins. Robins’ review and approval are within its sole and absolute discretion. Grantee agrees to provide a copy of any such press release or other public announcement or disclosure sufficiently in advance of the intended publication date to allow adequate review by Robins. Further, Grantee agrees to cooperate fully in connection with any press release or other public announcement or disclosure that Robins may wish to issue in connection with the grant. Robins may include information on the grant its periodic public reports.

Grantee’s use of Robins’ logos and trademarks requires Robins’ prior written consent.

Logo Request

The logo may be provided upon request for printed/digital materials and is only to be used in materials that disclose the specifics supported by the Foundation.  The logo will not be approved for website use and general statements of support. Grantee’s use of Robins’ logos and trademarks requires Robins’ prior written consent and is subject to Robins’ discretion.

Please allow at least five (5) working days for us to review your draft or prepare an approved comment.

Summer Hours

Beginning the week of June 5, 2017, Robins Foundation’s business hours will be 9:00am to 5:30pm Mondays through Thursdays, and 9:00am to 1pm on Fridays.  This schedule will be observed through the work week ending September 1, 2017.

Robins Foundation will, from time to time, use photographs or videos of event participants in its promotional materials. All participants acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped by Robins or its official photographer while at an event and that these images may be used in future print and electronic promotional materials.
