The Process

If you are interested in receiving a grant from Robins Foundation and believe your funding needs meet our giving criteria, please schedule time to discuss your initiative with one of our program officers.

  • If you are applying for Community Focus Area Grant funding, please read the Community Focus Funding page before applying.
  • If you are applying for the Community Innovation Grant, please read the Catalytic Funding page before applying.
  • Please note: Robins Foundation no longer accepts paper applications.  All grant requests must be submitted using our online submission form.

The Grant Review and Decision

Robins Foundation Grant Terms

During the grant review process, you may be contacted to provide additional information.  Once the information has been reviewed, the program department will meet to discuss submitted proposals. Final decisions are made by the Board of Directors at a designated meeting. Robins staff will contact you within 24 hours of an approved grant decision.

If your grant is approved:  You will be notified by phone to inform you of the award decision, and pending on the size and details of the grant, an agreement will be discussed. Upon signing and submitting the grant agreement, funds will be released per the terms of the grant agreement.

If your grant is denied or deferred: A program officer will discuss with you the reasons why, and any applicable next steps.
